3.1 Party B's Responsibilities:
a) Party B is tasked with conducting routine maintenance checks, which include monitoring oil levels, evaluating tyre conditions, and adhering to the manufacturer's recommended servicing schedules.
b) Party B must also ensure that the vehicle remains in a clean and safe, roadworthy condition.
c) In addition, Party B shall submit monthly self-check reports to a Party A staff member, detailing assessments of oil, water, tyre conditions, as well as any potential safety concerns or damaged vehicle components, on at least two occasions each month.
d) Party B is obliged to arrange for vehicle servicing at a Party A-approved location when necessary or upon receiving instructions from a Party A staff member.
e) Party B is required to perform a weekly check and, on a monthly basis, complete a comprehensive inspection form (online form provided by Party A) that documents all of the car's checks.
3.2 Party A's Responsibilities:
a) Party A will assume the responsibility for major mechanical repairs, unless they are a result of Party B's negligence or misuse.
b) Party A will allocate the necessary funds to cover regular inspections and maintenance in accordance with industry standards.
c) Party A will also share 50% of the expenses associated with airport fees, tolls, congestion charges, or other vehicle-related charges incurred during jobs or parking, provided that the vehicle is assigned to a job.
d) Party A will handle the licensing and insurance requirements, while also consistently providing work opportunities for Party B.
