Step 2: Set Your Pick-up Location

After logging in to the app, you will be prompted to grant permission to access your location. By doing so, the app will be able to pinpoint your current location accurately, making it easier for the driver to pick you up. In case you are ordering a taxi for someone else or in advance, you can skip adding your pick-up location.

Step 3: Enter Your Destination

We’ve designed our app’s interface to be as user-friendly as possible, so that you can easily enter your desired destination. Our latest feature allows you to add stops along the way, giving you the flexibility to plan your journey as you like. Step 4: Select Your Car Type

Select a car that best suits your needs. The application offers a variety of options ranging from standard to executive cars, which can comfortably accommodate individual or group rides. Additionally, in this step, you can view the fares for your next taxi ride. You can easily switch between vehicle types and check the price for each option right on the app interface. This way, you can make an informed decision and choose the car that best suits your budget and preferences.

Step 5: Confirm Your Booking

Once you have entered your details, it’s time to confirm your booking. You will see the fare estimate and will be given the option to add any promo codes for discounts. Step 6: Add a Note for Your Driver

Step 7: Choose Your Payment Method

We understand the importance of providing you with flexible payment options. With Canterbury Taxi App provided by CabCo, you can easily pay through the app by adding your card details or choose to pay in cash or card inside the taxi. This way, you can choose the payment method that suits you best,

Step 8: Track Your Taxi

Once you have completed all the previous steps and confirmed your ride, you will receive a text message on your preferred mobile number containing the car’s details, including its model and registration number, which will help you identify it easily. You can track the arrival of your taxi in real-time as it approaches your location. When your taxi is approaching, you can keep an eye on its arrival in real-time. Additionally, we would like to emphasize that if you accidentally confirmed your ride and you don’t wish to continue, you can cancel your journey.
